When you're small, really small
When you can wiggle up dad and mom
I guess you catch a rainbow in their arms
When you're grown up, not much
you catch a rainbow
In your friend's hands
When you fall in love
Perhaps you catch a rainbow
In your lover's palms
when you're old, really old
with unseeing eyes,
Then perhaps you catch a rainbow
Between others feet
But then when you lose all
And still hold to trust in self
Perhaps You shall still catch
A rainbow in your hands.
